DOH! Our pizza dough is made FRESH daily for our incredible NY pies. Grab it. Fold it. Like it. It’s the New York way.

CRAZY-FRESH: We hand-pick our vertical garden greens and herbs from our on-site Springbank Vertical Farm. Pesticide-free. Non GMO. So healthy and tasty that we even build cocktails with it. Life is a balance.

LIVE JAM: EVERY Friday night. Local, top-end performers. Just come a knock’n, because we’ll be a…. you know the rest.

FEELING SMART?: Select Trivia Nights. Bring your brainiac friends and dominate. Knowledge is power!

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If cold/wet weather keeps golfers away, we may close earlier. Please call 403.202.2000 X 2 to check.
  • Likewise, if we are rock’n, we’ll keep cook’n with our Late Night menu.
  • Note that we never close early on a Friday – LIVE MUSIC night goes rain or shine!
  • Pizza starts at 2 pm every day – this is when our fresh dough rises!

Winter Kitchen Hours:

Thursday – Saturday: 4:30 pm – Close

“Close” typically means 8:00 pm, but on cold, dark and quiet nights when you can shoot a cannon through here, we may close sooner.

Games Room – always open in the Event Centre to keep the kids moving! Ping-pong, foosball, super-deker, darts, cornhole toss and air hockey. Let the games begin (and enjoy the wine!).
